Okay, let's get down to business. I've bought a Rolex Daytona replica from these guys a while ago.
I have to admit, it really looked good at first. No scratches, no dents the dial was spot on. It was a tad light but nothing that bad. Functionality-wise, it used to lose about a minute a day, but I easily had that fixed by taking it to my trusted watch repair shop.
Anyway, being so pleased with this replica Rolex Daytona, I made it my almost everyday watch.
After a month and a half, let's say two, the true personality of this watch came out, and I think it's the first time I come across this: the watch isn't even made out of stainless steel, it's stainless steel plated.
You can easily see what I'm talking about by taking a look at the push button. Now that's what I call cutting expenses! At a whole new level, I might add.
So, to answer the initial question, no this replica Rolex Daytona is not a good replica. I understand these guys can't use precious materials such as gold or platinum, but really, stainless steel? I'm going to send a few forks and knives their way, maybe they can use those.

The Site: Usability and Design

The website has a somewhat cheap feel to it, especially the homepage. It would look much better, in my opinion, if they got rid of all pictures and only leave text instead.
Except that, they seem to have a large variety of brands available, including a lot of Swiss models.
All brand are listed on the left side, so finding this replica Rolex was fairly easy, even if no additional filters like color, size, are available. This is because they don't have a lot of replica Rolex timepieces available, a thing that I find a little peculiar, since these are the industry's best-sellers.
Some pictures have watermarks, some don't. But don't expect the watermarks to really have something in common with the website.

Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?

Not really. First of all, and this really annoys me, they advertise a live chat feature that is, of course, bogus! After waiting about a minute or so for it to load, you only get a contact form saying they'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Okay, let's overlook the bogus feature, since it's not the first time I come across this. But 24 hours? More like 3 days. And they're not helpful at all.

Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?

I paid $20 for the shipping and got replica Rolex in about two weeks, give or take. This happened about two months ago, so I can't say much about it. Decent shipping.

Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?

This is where things really get frustrating. Their return policy is basically a big FU to the customer. There is a “Guarantee” page where they say that within 30 days you can go for a full refund or an exchange, the choice being yours. Now, on the FAQ page, they say that refund is not an option. How about that?
Even if more than 30 days passed, I wrote them about the problem with this replica Rolex and they didn't even bothered to reply.
I can safely say that the return policy is, in no way, reasonable, especially given their crappy products.
